Your marriage might be ending, already over, or somewhere you can't quite name yet. Either way, your life doesn't feel entirely like yours right now — and you're trying to figure out what happens next.
I'm Valerie Jones — divorced twice, and I built The Society for exactly this chapter.
There are the enormous decisions.
Do I stay or go? When do I leave? What do I tell the kids? Where will I live? What can I afford? What do I need to know before I call a lawyer?
Then there are the decisions that ambush you on an ordinary Tuesday.
The text from your ex. The boundary you know you need to hold. The child who's angry. The family member with an opinion. The conversation you're dreading. The moment you were completely certain yesterday and suddenly aren't today.
And eventually, a different set of questions begins.
Who am I now?
What do I want?
How do I trust myself again?
What do I want my relationships, work, home, money and life to look like from here?
Divorce isn't one problem to solve. It's an entire chapter of your life to navigate.
You shouldn't have to figure out every part of it alone.
The Society brings together coaching, practical expertise and community in one place — helping you make clear decisions, take control of your money, and rebuild an identity that's entirely your own.
You don't just get through this chapter. You become the woman who knows how to build what comes next.
You don't have to know what you're going to need six months from now.
You just need somewhere that already has it ready.
Your ex sends the text.
Your kid is furious about the divorce.
You start questioning a decision you were sure about yesterday.
You don't have to sit alone with it for three days.
The Society lives inside a private Circle community, so the question doesn't have to wait for the next scheduled call.
Bring it into the room. Ask for perspective. Talk it through. Or hear from women a few steps further down the same road.
Our live sessions happen on Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are. Every replay, conversation and resource is waiting for you inside Circle.
This isn't a course you work through and finish.
It's a room you get to keep coming back to while your life is changing.
This is where we deal with what's actually happening in your life.
Bring the decision you can't make, the conversation you're dreading, the boundary you keep breaking, or what's happening with your ex, your kids, dating, work, family, money or yourself.
We'll slow it down, figure out what's really going on, and work out what you want to do next.
Big life decision or something that happened Tuesday afternoon.
Bring it.
The Coaching Room is hosted by Valerie Jones.
This is where we go deeper into what this chapter is asking of you.
We'll work on self-trust, boundaries, guilt, people-pleasing, identity, relationships, decision-making, desire, rebuilding and creating a life that actually feels like yours.
And when you need expertise beyond coaching, specialists join the room to help with the practical realities of divorce and rebuilding, including finances, legal issues, co-parenting and other areas that require specialized knowledge.
You don't need to become an expert in everything.
You need access to the right conversations when you need them.
The Society Session is hosted by Valerie Jones, with guest experts throughout the year.
Life doesn't conveniently unravel five minutes before a coaching call.
The Society lives inside Circle, where you can ask a question, share what's happening, get perspective, celebrate a win, or talk to women who understand this chapter without requiring the entire backstory first.
It's the place you can come between our live sessions when something happens and you don't want to figure it out alone.
And sometimes, you don't need advice at all. You just need someone to say:
I get it. I've been there too.
This is the place to put down some of what you've been carrying and come back to yourself.
We talk about what's hard. We celebrate what's changing. We make room for what you want next. And we spend time with women who understand this chapter of your life.
Bring what feels heavy.
Leave feeling lighter, clearer and less alone.
Healing & Connection is hosted by Helmi Hope, The Society's resident healer and community builder.
You don't have to catch everything live.
Inside Circle, you'll also have access to every call replay along with a growing library of courses, conversations and resources you can return to whenever you need them.
Because sometimes the thing you weren't ready to hear three months ago is exactly what you need today.
There are things the women inside The Society understand without you explaining them.
What it's like to feel certain in the morning and terrified by dinner.
What it's like to want the marriage to end and grieve it at the same time.
To finally get what you fought for and wonder why you don't feel better yet.
To be relieved, furious, hopeful, lonely and excited about your future, sometimes in the same damn day.
You don't have to arrive healed.
You don't have to know exactly what you want.
You don't even have to know whether you're leaving yet.
You can come as the woman who is figuring it out.
It stops being only:
How do I get through this?
And starts becoming:
What do I want my life to become?
Because the point isn't to become better at getting divorced.
It's to build a life that belongs to you.
A life where you trust your own decisions.
Where you can hold a boundary without abandoning yourself afterward.
Where your relationships don't require you to disappear.
Where you know what you want and you're no longer embarrassed to want it.
Where there's room again for friendship, work, money, love, pleasure, adventure, ambition, peace and whatever the hell else you decide belongs there.
Your world begins getting bigger again.
The divorce may be part of your story. It doesn't get to be the rest of it.
She makes decisions faster.
She understands her money.
She knows what questions to ask her lawyer.
She stops getting hijacked by every text from her ex.
She holds a boundary without collapsing afterward.
She navigates her kids and co-parenting with more confidence.
She rebuilds her friendships, her identity, her desire, her work, her money, her love.
She begins imagining a future she actually wants.
She becomes increasingly difficult to knock off her own axis.

“My husband had been stonewalling me for five weeks about telling our kids. After working through it in The Society, I sent the email I'd been avoiding and gave him a clear deadline.”
— Society Member
“I realized my adult son was speaking to me in the same disrespectful way I'd accepted in my marriage. I set a clear boundary with him and established new expectations for how we communicate.”

I've been divorced twice.
The first time, I left a 24-year marriage with three kids, no career, no degree and no idea how I was going to build the life on the other side.
So I did what women do.
I figured it out.
And then I spent more than a decade helping other women do the same.
I'm a professional coach, author of The Selfish Year, and I've spent thousands of hours coaching people through decisions, relationships, boundaries, identity, careers, conflict, change and the messy business of becoming someone new.
My second divorce was different.
By then, I had built my own career and financial independence. I knew myself differently. I trusted myself differently.
And I learned something I wish every woman knew:
Leaving the relationship is not the same thing as rebuilding your life.
There is the practical work.
There is the emotional work.
And then there is the deeper work of becoming a woman who trusts herself enough to decide what happens next.
That's the work I care about.
I'm not here to convince you to get divorced.
I'm here to help you hear yourself clearly, make intelligent decisions, navigate what comes next, and build a life that feels like yours.
Here's what makes that possible:
No. You might be questioning your marriage, preparing to leave, actively separating or divorcing, or rebuilding afterward. The Society is for the chapter when the life you had is changing and you're figuring out what comes next.
You belong here too. I won't tell you whether to stay or leave. We'll help you separate what you know from the fear, guilt and noise around it, so you can make your own decision.
You still belong here. Getting the papers signed doesn't hand you back your identity, your confidence or your next move — a lot of our members join after their divorce is final, while they're rebuilding.
No. The Society is a coaching community. Therapy and coaching can complement each other, but they serve different purposes. Our work is focused on what's happening, what to decide, and what to do next.
No. The Society doesn't replace your lawyer, financial advisor, therapist or other licensed professionals. We can help you get clearer about your situation, prepare for conversations and professional meetings, and work through what's getting in the way of taking action.
The private community lives inside Circle, and our live Coaching Rooms and Society Sessions happen on Zoom. If you can't make a call live, the replay is waiting for you inside Circle.
Calls are recorded and available inside the community.
Never. You decide how much you want to participate and what you want to share.
Yes. Membership is $47/month and you can cancel anytime.
Maybe you're in the thick of it.
Maybe the papers were signed years ago and you're realizing you're ready for more than simply getting through it.
You don't need to have the next five years figured out.
You don't need to arrive with a plan.
You just have to decide that you're not going to disappear from your own life anymore.
Come inside.
